Connor Martin is Kanien’kehá:ka, Bear Clan who was born and raised in Six Nations of the Grand River. She is a mother of two boys and currently resides in Eagle Lake First Nation in Northern Ontario with her family. She is an interdisciplinary artist with formal education in Media Production and digital arts, but has a love for tactile art such as beadwork and sewing. 

Connor is the owner of the newly founded small business, Connor Handmade, where she makes handmade clothing and accessories. This business is rooted in Indigenous identity and expression, as well as sustainably and conscious consumerism.
